Relaxing the eyes with an eye pillow also helps relax the eyebrows, cheekbones and temples.

Heat up or cool down
By cooling the eye and/or neck pillow you can refresh the eyes, neck and shoulders on a hot summer's day.
Placing the pillow in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or put it in a plastic bag or zip lock bag in you refrigerator for about an hour. When the coolness wears off, turn the pillow over and the other side will give you additional cooling relief for some extra time.
Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds, place on sore tired muscles. (Take it out of the plastic bag before placing it in the microwave)
Attention: Never place the eye pillow directly on the eyes or neck when it is too hot!

I bought the Sinus Rub for my daughter who has always suffered with sinus problems. She is absolutely delighed with the results and the relief of symptoms this balm has given her.
Ingredients: Beeswax + Infused Hypericum + Capsicum + Peppermint + Rosemary
Directions: Apply to cheekbones, temples and forehead when congestion is present. Also apply to the soles of the feet, and the big toe and toes as this is the sinus reflexology point. Best results when applied morning and night.

I usually struggle to fall asleep on Sunday night, so though I would give it a try.
After tossing and turning in bed i applied the balm ad per directions and amazingly I did for asleep fairly quick and slept all through the night ( normally I would wake multiple time throughout).
The delivery was very swift, had the product within few days.
Ingredients: combination essential oils + beeswax
Directions: apply a small amount of balm to temples, soles of feet and to wrists before bed and if you wake up during the night, apply a small amount to the soles of the feet.
